At first I really hated the yellow, but it grew on me so much! It's still not the colour I'd buy, but I understand why they're flaunting it more than other colours. It's so in-your-face, bold, different and iconic.
They had the Lumia 800 in Pink. So sad the new lineup doesn't have a pink phone (although I'm certain the 820 will have a pink removable shell eventually). A case just isn't the sameeee

Pretty sure they would add one if a lot would request. I think the pink isn't on the original 800 color line up? I'm not sure.

Dunno, I know for certain it wasn't one of the original colours for the 900, and they ended up releasing it earlier this year in pink. Unsure about the 800... I think it was one of the original colours though. What colour/model are you getting?

Probably the Black one. But the red is really good too. If this is not available in our country in December I'll be buying either the S3 or the One X. I'm giving Nokia till December. The Note 2 is availably here since last week I'm pretty sure these Nokia devices will be available by that time since the Philippines is a major market of Nokia.

I'm having the same problem - I'm going to have to get another phone if they don't have it in Canada by January. I have to go with the 820 instead of the 920 though. I love the idea of the removable shells too much! No idea what I'll do if they're not released here by then though, will have to go on some discount no-contract plan and wait a while longer I suppose... definitely not signing a new contract until the right phone is available.

Many of the frustrations we used to have in Windows Phone are now gone with this latest version, and Nokia has given the OS a very good stage with the Lumia 920. The speed and and multitasking improvements, connections to Xbox and SkyDrive, and Start Screen experience are all much better, but there’s still a critical lack of apps and they too often feel as though they’re not as good as what’s on other platforms.
It’s fitting that I’m reviewing the Nokia Lumia 920 while Microsoft’s Build conference is going on here in Redmond. Microsoft has resolved many of the developer complaints with Windows Phone and is aggressively courting them to bring more and better apps to the platform. The work to bring Windows Phone 8 up to par is happening all around me — and it needs to keep happening. With its new core, Windows Phone 8 is in many ways a completely new platform that should enable rapid innovation — and users will need to continue to wait for it to come into its own.
The Lumia 920’s hardware and design is top-notch, the screen is lovely, and the camera is a marvel in low light — but you can’t ignore just how big and bulky the phone is. The software and hardware tradeoffs inherent in the Lumia 920 could be worth it if you’ve bought into the Microsoft ecosystem, but for most people I don’t think it’s a sure bet.

Does anyone know when the Lumia 920 is going to be available in the UK? I'm not sure if I should just get the Lumia 900 (Cyan) or wait for the 920. The 900 deal is a 2 year contact (which I hate!) and I can just bet when the 920 is available it'll be a 36 month contract.
