This is great! The album had no real hits and was basically forgotten! Nothing wrong with it, especially given her time in the industry.

MDNA has done OK worldwide, it had a short-lived European hit (GMAYL went Top 10 in 20 countries) and a huge tour. There have been FAR bigger flops this year.
