It hasn't leaked though.
I have an HQ version without the radio tags but it was recorded off Capital. If it would've leaked I'm pretty sure I would've seen meltdowns in the fanbase.

That's what I meant. The promo CD is basically the single that has been SENT to radio. I got it when it was sent to Capital.
It didn't leak, they officially released that as a single for radio but have yet to release the official album version - EP worldwide. Instead of just releasing the single already, they're waiting to release an EP.
Yeah, but the radio edit ripped from the PROMO CD IS High Quality. So why is everyone waiting for a "HQ" to leak? Is the album version supposed to be different or something? lol
