It's a joke.

Ke$ha constantly tweets about her new cat, and the reaction of most of her fans are like, bad... because they don't really care about Ke$ha's cat at all and want details about the next album. Ke$ha knows everyone wants information about the album (like the album art for example), so she took the opportunity to have a laugh. She got a photo of the sunset on the distant horizon and just scattered two pictures of (her?) cat on the picture. Then put it online to have a joke with us which some people failed to understand...

Besides earlier we saw her covered in gold for a photoshoot which could have been for her album art. As if that photo of the cats would be her album art when she bloody had a photoshoot of her covered in gold...
