Some of them could be coincidences. I don't have a problem with the similarities because both artists have obviously influenced each other a great amount.
The Super Bowl performance could have been inspired, but Madonna obviously made it her own and made her references different. What's the problem with that?
The Spinning Around/Hung Up comparisons are just hilarious. They just have a lot of similar themes, as Madonna and Kylie both have similar themed reincarnations.
But yeah, I really don't see most of it. It's not like Black & White videos, disco, or Ancient Greece/Egypt are (c) one or the other.
