Please. People talk more about the comeback(s) than the breakdowns. It seems like she's leveraging herself up a little bit more with every era, so people see everything as an ongoing return to her former glory.
I mean, there's a whole generation that identifies with Britney as the single strongest force in pop culture for a certain point in time. I mean, if you think of TRL, VMAs, Fuse or even music videos during the early 00s, your mind pretty much goes to Britney. Try searching VMA on YouTube. Britney dominates.
Now, Gaga shares the spotlight with artists like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift or even Rihanna, who take turns ******** on lives, respectively.
She's a synonymum for pop music. She doesn't need to make an impact anymore. From the success of her debut, to her "I'm sexy" transition, her breakdown, her comeback. SMH at you thinking she can be "replaced". Gaga is doing her own thing, different to what Britney did..
