To be the "most" in anything, you have to be exceptional in ALL fields. In this case, Madonna has to be greater than her peers in ALL aspects of talent, including voice, to be considered the most talented popstar ever

Madonna is very talented, but she is not the most talented. Beyonce is MORE rounded out in talent that Madonna, which would maker her more talented than Madonna. Based on her alone, Madonna can't possibly be the most talented popstar ever
