Since Primadonna will be premiering shortly, I thought I'd welcome you all to the Marina bandwagon, henceforth to be known as the Diamondwagon.

Allow me to guide you.

I've been a casual fan (checked in on her occasionally, bought her singles) for a while now, but I'm considering fully jumping on the Diamondwagon this era. I really like what I've heard from the new album so far.

Now that I've had a bit more time with Primadonna, I can write a mini-review.

It's pretty ****ing good, and I think I can think Diplo for that. Dr. Luke wiped his **** all over this, but Diplo managed to keep his grimy synths and his weird vocal effects (especially in the second verse).

Now unfortunately, Dr. Luke is responsible for the choruses. I still find the choruses a tad awkward, because I genuinely think that they cause the song to lose major momentum whenever they come in, and then the final chorus files down the synths into something dull that isn't exactly flawless.

Overall, I really like the song, but I don't prefer it to Hollywood or Radioactive. It's still significantly better than what the other girls have put out this year, so that's a major plus.

I'm just so glad that people are talking about her. It shows that there is hype for Electra Heart. I'm seeing so many Marina avi's, and Marina has started appearing in more people's sigs, too. And, to top it all off, I've seen a lot of recent comments of people looking into her discography over the last few days and being pleasantly surprised that it all *****.

Electra Heart is going to be the album of 2012. I can say right now that even though I love all the people in my sig, their albums this year won't be as good as Marina's. "Primadonna" is still on repeat. It's been what, 5 days? That's ages to repeat a song (for me :laugh).

I just realised that I have to update the OP with the "Primadonna" video. Should I include anything else, maybe her album covers? Actually, I might do that. I'll include tracklists, album peaks, etc. Time to get to work. If you guys want anything else in the OP, feel free to say so.
