Weezy once again unleashed another follow-up to the first week milli selling Tha Carter III but this time it missed the 1 million mark short of 46,000 copies. Honestly, it’s my first time to listen to an album of this Young Money King, and definitely I can say I’m contented. Wayne impressed me by his rapping skills on tracks with fellow top rappers like Rick Ross, Cory Gunz, and Drake. The aggressive “6’, 7”, the cool and slick “How to Love” and the Bruno Mars-featured “Mirror” are my most favorite songs in the album.
Genre: Pop, Christmas, teen pop
Label: Island
Producers: Scooter Braun (exec.), Kuk Harrell, The Messengers, Usher (also exec.), C. "Tricky" Stewart, Sean K, Aaron Pearce, Bernard Harvey, Justin Bieber, Nick Turpin, Josh Cross, James "Big Jim" Wright, Mariah Carey, Jay Riehl, Randy Jackson, Antwan Thompson, Boogie Wizzard, Chris Brown
As we are nearing the holidays season, we are already doing our Christmas playlist and as for me, it is Justin Bieber's first Christmas album that I'm jamming to. In this record, we can hear his voice more matured than ever. The lead single "Mistletoe", was a sweet effort of request to your loved ones! The highlights for me in this albums are the collaborations and remake versions of Christmas songs especially with singer Mariah Carey, 90's group Boyz II Men and rapper Busta Rhymes
Favorite Tracks: "All I Want for Christmas Is You (SuperFestive!)" (duet with Mariah Carey), "Fa La La" (featuring Boyz II Men) ,"Mistletoe" , "Drummer Boy" (featuring Busta Rhymes), "Home This Christmas" (featuring The Band Perry)

Wow, this song is one of the most emotional of the list. Ellie did a very great job in covering the Elton John original. Just like the lyrics of the song, its very simple. The general people praised this version which results Ellie getting a #2 peak on the UK Charts. I'm just happy and sad at the same time because I can sense contentment as well as loneliness in the video. Great job Ellie for making a superb rendition!
"...You say good morning, When it's midnight, Going out of my head, Alone in this bed, I wake up to your sunset, And it's driving me mad, I miss you so bad, And my heart, heart, heart is so jetlagged..."

Simple made a comeback this year, but sadly there was barely no recognition. Here in the Philippines, this song became very successful though. Having Natasha on the track was a great choice! Once again, it brought me attention to check out their new music and it's still catchy as their previous uptempo releases. Shame because this song should at least be a moderate hit. But oh well, at least it's great and the chorus is bumping me.
SUGABABES - "Freedom"
"...So raise your hand, One fist in the air,, For freedom-dom-dom-dom, For being alive, Not having a care,For freedom-dom-dom-dom!..."

This year, it should be their comeback single , but what turned out, it was released as a free download and never saw a single release! WTF! It's sad that the song is clubby anthemic with powerful lyrics. The latest version of the 'Babes impressed me on this track. Just like the song title, nothing else is to be done but just free yourself the party night. For sure, it will be just a buzz track or single cause I'm getting bored with this group already. 2.0 Babes >>> 4.0
ONE DIRECTION "Gotta Be You"
"... Can we fall, one more time?, Stop the tape and rewind, Oh and if you walk away I know I’ll fade, 'Cause there is nobody else, It’s gotta be you, Only you, It’s gotta be you, Only you..."

This is the second single of one of my favorite boy bands this 2011! I was impressed that they went in for a great ballad this time! I was impressed more that they pulled those high notes on this song when they always perform it live. My favorite part of the song is Liam's verses, but as always, the song catches my attention when nearing the bridge when they are about to hit the high falsetto in after it. I hope for a great ballad release for them in the future just like this one!

Selena Gomez, and her band the scene is next on my best artist list!. WHY? Because you cant deny that Sel is indeed very adorable, beautiful inside and out Next, she and her band outdid their past released and came up with their best album yet, "When the Sun Goes Down". It contains their biggest hits, and "Love You Like a Love Song" is shaping up to a big radio hit While still young, Selena is shaping up to become one of the most successful Disney stars, There is just one thing I'm iffy about the whole thing, and it's about her relationship with Justin Bieber, oh well they're pretty in love with each other so I kinda support!.
Album: Lil' Wayne
