It's definitely 100% NOT Rihanna. Some of the bits have an extreme likeness though, like the vibrato she does at 0:17

Exactly, but it could just be a early version unfinished, Rihanna with no production/live sounds a tad difrent than the album versions, regardless I still like the song.
