And the acting in Carmen is better than any musical movie released in the last two years. Funny how you decided to go all the way back to 2001 when a certain movie from 2006 made 100+ million worldwide. I don't think a certain stripper musical did it.
I see her lose her voice before she gets 40 (or worse, 35) just like every other diva but she'll get by since she's not famous for her voice anyway. People use her for her visual performances not for her voice unlike Mariah, Whitney, Celine, Christina.
With a post like this you could get points coming from every type of direction and stanbase.

Christina's the voice of our generation.
Christina's better than everyone mentioned.
Burlesque made over 100 mill.
Christina stans ain't bitter just like our fave.
Christina weighs lower than Beyonce.
Christina's the sexist pop star on the planet.

She didn't lose her voice like that, she was going horse because she sang too much like any human would. And she's known for her voice and more, because she is a multi-talented woman.
What I mean is, unlike the vocal trinity, Mariah, Celine and Whitney, and the voice of this generation, Christina, whose voices are their main assets and the reason why they are selling, Beyonce has her dancing and visual performances. I don't think she'll ever be affected if ever she loses her voice as long as she can still dance and put up good performances because her hits have always been uptempo songs and not power ballads.
Then what are Halo and If I Were A Boy, Me, Myself, and I, Emotions, Cater 2 U, and the other songs?
Who said and when? The critics? Well, the critics only comprise 0.000001% of the entire population. Watch Christina regain that title in 2012. When names like Mariah, Celine, Whitney, and Christina are brought up, first thing that comes to anybody's mind is VOICE. But when Beyonce is brought up, an average Joe would picture a provocative black lady with curly hair in her mini skirt outfit shaking her ass. I'm not denying that Beyonce has a great voice but it's not her main selling point.
So basically, Beyonce is the hoe....
And Christina and Mariah are the classy vocalists?
