At the end of the day that the first post was posted for last season.. that thread went to about 424 posts. We're less than 2 hours away and we're at about 42.. that says something.
I knew that once I read Angie wasn't hosting, I knew it'd have at least a little downfall.. but now, this is BIG.

There's tons of different things that could be holding someone back but a host is just a small one, but I knew that if Angie was going that some peoples' interest in playing might as well.
These are valid points, but it's never been a goal of Top Member to have people compete who aren't really interested in competing. If someone doesn't want to play because Angelo is no longer the host, that's their decision. However, if that is someone's ONLY deciding factor in not playing, I'd say they are missing out on an opportunity.
Additionally, no one thought Idol would be good without Simon Cowell, and its ratings actually improved a bit. I'm not saying Simon wasn't missed... However, one HUGE difference is... just because Angelo isn't hosting the game, doesn't mean he's not still going to play a part in it!

You have the spirit, but when the time comes we'll see if you can back it up with your performance in the competition. To be completely honest, at this point, it's ANYONE's game. But through dedication you do stand a very high chance of coming out on top. Don't expect it to be easy though. There are some fierce competitors signed up! Trust me... I competed against some of them last Cycle!
