I can see why he would go off and be mad, but if he broke the window then he needs anger management. I have an idea, how about every time Chris Brown gets angry he goes and jerks off? That sounds about right.

Sources tell TMZ ... Roberts insists both she and other "GMA" staff members spoke with Chris before the interview and asked if it would be OK to fire off "a few questions" about the Rihanna incident ... and Chris approved.

As TMZ first reported, Brown flipped out after the interview -- and apparently smashed a window in his dressing room.

Robin is telling people at the show she did NOT try to set him up ... and insists, "I'm pulling for the guy."

As for the broken window, sources say no one in the studio saw Chris throw the chair into the window ... but he was definitely in the dressing room when the window was smashed.

Exactly, Celebs do have the opportunity to tell what subjects not to be asked questions about. If they don't then its open game and they'll go for the most controversial subject. I agree its time to put it in the past but you don't throw a temper tantrum and break studio property, it gives a bad Rep on your image, especially one that you have been improving on since the incident. The interviewers could've not asked the questions but there was nothing stopping them and if Chris didn't want to answer he could have been like "that was in the past, I've change, the subject still hurts, I wish for no further questions on the subject" then move on...
