Yes! It had to be cleared to be used on the album. I think it would legally be allowed to be released.

Fading would be such a beautiful song to hear on the radio. It'd get the same listeners as some of her previous ballad singles have, such as "Take A Bow". I think it could be huge. But I doubt they'll release it.

California King Bed and Man Down are like nothing she's ever done!

I love the fact that Raining Men and CKB were trending, but she goes "CKB, Fading, Cheers and Man Down are the top choices, but thats problem I had before, so hard to choose!" And completely ignores Raining Men...
I guess they want to pretend like releasing it to Urban never happened.

This is EXACTLY what I was expressing in the Loud vs GGGB thread a couple days ago. This is the right choice, it's riskier and it will be more successful than Cheers. This can be her standout song of the era. Great choice.
