That's what I thought too but I think it's just because he fades it in.
Yeah, the fade that was put in place for this clip is reminiscent of "Hung Up". I also think, from the short clip of the beat and overall production that we can hear, that this has a bit of a disco feel to it, like "Hung Up" has due to its sample.
I can't at all the shade in this thread. People saying that Britney is ripping off Ke$ha and Katy Perry? Um, no. Ke$ha isn't even two studio albums into her career and she's already copying her own sound. (Meanwhile, Britney is off in some outer space beyond Blackout.) As for Katy, she's not even doing dance music. So what the hell are you all talking about?
I see she's trying to get hip to current trends. Not a good look.
