I've actually wondered this, too. And I'm confident it's the producers and not Ke$ha. I mean, Ke$ha mother is a songwriter and taught her to write at a very young age, so she gets the benefit of the doubt.

And I'm glad this isn't a concept album. I'm not here for that. Britney Spears is interesting without having to "reinvent" herself every era. That's why I was slightly disappointed when I heard the last era would be a "circus" because I think artists who have "an image for an era" NEED to have it because they lack interest in general. Britney has always been the sexy blonde who delivers haute music for EVERY era. And that's all we need.
