I think his band or group of dancers or whatever they are have way too prominence in his music and specially on his videos. It looks like a boyband sometimes, and the guy with the cap and glasses (the one in the car with him) really bothers me.

They have been with him since the beginning and there is nothing wrong about sharing the fun with them especially for these kinds of songs, he appreciates them and I wouldn't be surprised if he does include them to his stage name and becomes Bruno Mars and the hooligans.
