I can't wait for this album. All the songs released are awesome! IDK If i liked "We Should Be Friends" as single, I was expecting something more strong on the album. But WSBF it's classic Miranda Lambert, maybe will do well on charts.
At first listen I might be suspect to say that: but it's her more solid album to date.
I didn't like Platinum at all, I found it a bit noisy and overproduced.
"Wings" is more classic Miranda, full of heartbroken ballads, a few rebel up songs.
There isn't a song on the album I didn't like, It's like a collect of hits. I didn't find the major of the songs so radio friendly, but the quality and production envolved are awesome.
My picks as singles choices: "Good Ol Days" and "Bad Boy".
"Tin Man", "Well-Rested" and "Smoking Jacket" are my fave ballads on the album. "Well-Rested" might be my fave vocal performance on the album.
"Pink Sunglasses" it's a nice surprise, "Covered Wagon" also a nice upbeat song, would be nice as single too.
"Gateway Driver" was a bit disappointing to me, I would prefer this song with no drums. It's awesome anyway
"I've Got Wheels" closes this journey perfectly, I think would be a great single tho.
