But depending on the war and the level of U.S participation, it could be the exact opposite. While it may initially cause a financial burden, it may also be the boost to the economy it was during World War II... If done right (war purly for economic reasons), a certain type of leader could conceiveably enter an unjust war for the sole purpose of financial recovery.
