I don't need to do anything. I respect people's taste just fine. However for anyone to just be ignorant to the fact that Michael/Madonna have done a lot is a little blah. Maybe I don't care if you don't like all their music, but to say you don't respect them, or they suck..that's just ignorant and idiotic. And it's not even a "King" or "Queen" thing, it's just they have done a lot for music in many different ways. That's my opinion and you need to respect that.

That doesn't mean EVERYONE purchased his records. There are several billion people in the world (of course, most of the world doesn't actually use charts, but that's besides the point). There is NOBODY that is universally liked. NOBODY. Not even Jesus Christ. People have different tastes. It's better to just accept it and move on.
Now if people talk sh!t about my faves to my face, then things will get poppin, no doubt. But if it's just a matter of not liking the music, it's not a huge deal.

Actually, no-one, not even once has denied their influence. People have simply said that their music is not for them. So before you start ranting about something, make sure you get it right.
I don't respect Michael because of his personal life, and as it was turbulent I am perfectly entitled to that, it's not as if I randomly decided to dislike him. I recognise how influential he was but I personally do not like him or his music, except for Billie Jean.

It's basically a paperweight for most people these days. I've actually read a good portion of it, and it's definitely not something to emulate.

This thread is a mess, I know it. I haven't read it yet I just know this is a mess!
Justin Bieber- He seems like a cool kid to hang out with, but musically his voice is annoying as hell and he is just seems like another male wannabe
Kesha- When I think of Kesha I think of that dumpster outside my grandma's house filled with dead and decaying animals. Oh and her autotune can be to much for my ears.

Carrie Underwood - you STEAL one of queen Mimi's weeks at number one, you suffer the consequences.
Drake - Stick to rapping. His dry singing RUINED Rick Ross' "Aston martin music," but at least his rap verse is good.
still not finished...

Unfortunate that this thread went this way, but rather expected given the premise.
I apologize for not being able to contribute more than that.

Who's ranting, Beatrice? Their music is apart of their influence and what they've done, so what I said stands.

Dead at guessing my name, extremely wrong btw.
That's a weak reply, well done for not addressing anything I said directly
