Britney can write, but her lyrics can get kinda dark i think so her stupid label always scrapped the album in which she had the most input in songwriting, like The Original Doll and the original concept of Femme Fatale. Her songwriting credit on Britney Jean is questionable tbh, the only song that is 100% her writing is Hold On Tight i think

I mean, Rebellion is the song that trying to expose the illuminati, when will your faves?

Bey really did a lot of the songwriting in her DC days. I agree that today most of her songs are shopped to her and she makes edits but back then even the concepts and groundwork of the songs were hers. someone that worked with girls tyme even said that she used to spend all day writing in notebooks and that bootylicious had some elements of songs she had written ten years prior
