I could've told you all before submitting my scores that Usher would end up being my highest average, he has A LOT of good material. His late 90s R&B gems put him just below R. Kelly when it comes to male greats of the genre. His pop material, in my opinion, is extremely watered and just subpar. Sometimes I'm a sucker (how could anyone say no to Without Yousus? ), but most of the time I'm just left feeling bamboozled, his pop radio cocaine definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Highest Score: 10(x5). Lowest Score: 5(x1). Final Thought: I should've been a BIT harsher with him.
Chris - 7.840
Chris is easily one of my favorite male artists, I think he can just MAKE a song, Another Round anyone? I feel like some of his best material was left out (Movie, Ain't No Way, All Back, Beg For It, Open Road, Your ****ing Body , UP 2 U ), but overall I still eneded up giving him a better score than I thought I'd give. Highest Score: 10(x6). Lowest Score: 2(x2) Final Thought: I'm fuming already because I know you gerls are going to do thee mosT on him
Justin - 7.909
Justin was very in the middle for me. He had some 's amazing songs and some 's. Only way I can describe his music is moderate. Mediocre. So/so/. Neither here nor there. Solid. Good. He got a higher average than Chris because he didn't have anything near as bad as, I Can Transform Ya and Shawty Get Loose, I'm content with his placing, much like I am with his music. Highest Score: 10(x5). Lowest Score: 5(x1). Final Thought:
Why didn't u these popular and high charting Usher features.
I Need A Girl "Part One" Billboard Hot 100 Peak #2
Same Girl with R.Kelly. Billboard Hot 100 Peak #20
and Lovers & Friends Billboard Peak #3
THEY WERE SNUBBED!!!! U included JT's charity song but not 3 of Usher's biggest hits?
Some artists NEEDED their features to be included just to have a decent set of hits. Usher will hold up without them, although I Need A Girl & Lovers & Friends are clearly staples.
