Who knows what Katy's label is doing here?

We only know what Billboard is doing and they say 10 singles sold = 1 track equivalent album and 1500 individual streams = 1 streaming equivalent album.
For the streams Billboard only uses Spotify, Apple Music and all those flop streaming servives like Tidal.

Katy's label has apparently done a similar thing plus they counted Youtube and named it digital tracks to confuse the world.
