Because she wrote "I'm also getting married to a black man" like how is that relevant in this case? To show you're somehow more enlightened on the issues people are bogging her down for? Let's use some common sense here.

She doesn't really speak on racial issues. In fact she admits the exact opposite with "I don't talk about politics". And that's her right to do so. But don't say you are doing it behind the scenes and then saying "I won't do it publically because it'll seem disengenuous" because that's sketchy.

I'm glad she's speaking from her reality and I'm glad she doesn't want her kids to experience things. But if she does have biracial kids they WILL face if whether she likes it or not. And yes it's not up to her alone but she needs to show she's willing to do her part. She hasn't.

Here's the problem. Iggy is lowkey getting him together.
He's too hyper because he doesn't have a history of calling out all the other hip hop artists that "lived" the life and don't rap about it bringing social awareness.


He is even backtracking in his retweets talking about how unique she is and now is blaming her because she DARED to speak her mind on someone using her name in their song.

He's claiming he wouldn't have said anything had she not said anything. Except no one cares about him so him saying nothing makes sense...someone mentioned her name. She is entitled to speak on it.

Luckily she didn't get messy and she handled it well.

She brought up some good points that he has yet to have a valid counter argument for.
