None of the albums from any of the pop girls have much filler this round. TD has maybe 2-3 filler songs, Loud has ~2, 4 has 0-1, Femme Fatale doesn't really have any and Born This Way doesn't have any.
Highway Unicorn is not filler. Critics had a lot to say about it, and it, more than any other song on the album, defines what the album as a whole sounds like and is influenced by.
