Gaga's songs being less forgotten than some of the other songs on the list doesn't mean they aren't forgotten at all. California Gurls and Hot n Cold may be selling poorly but Katy has E.T. and Firework to counterbalance them, what does Gaga have to counterbalance her three hits having awful sales years later?
Her three hits are selling poorly for the same reason her current album is selling poorly; she destroyed her career with her gimmicks. They got boring after 4 years but she insisted on continuing with them. It's no longer cool to be a fan of Gaga, as it was back in 2010.
