It's a magazine about music , a more eccentric look wouldnt hurt , but I guess that's what she wants to project.
Anyway , no doubt she is amazingly beautiful.
Not everyone in the industry need to be "eccentric" to get attention,some can just give us a beautiful simple cover and grab our attention.
And since when has RS covers been about being "eccentric"
