I love that gif Greeneyed, but if you want true HQ then you need to get away from .jpg and get into .gif

When you save files on photoshop you can choose what kind of file you save them as!

That is a gif, and the quality is about as good as you can expect. You can't get an HD gif unless you have the direct file, because most of Avril's uploads aren't that great a quality to begin with (comparatively).
