It's really not the same thing. There are evolutionary advantages to seeking tall and strong men. First and foremost, what we find attractive is mostly what we want to potentially see in our offspring, this applies to gays too. In nature pale skin is associated with illness and death. But yet the perception and preference in the dating world has it entirely backwards. That's because they have been conditioned by racist notions of racial superiority and inferiority by society. If you are affected you are at least subconsciously racist.

I can understand people having a preference of certain races, but if you get the best-looking people from each race I'm sure any normal person would have sex with them. Therefore, I can see how people completely 100% ruling out a race is racist. It just doesn't logically make any sense.

Like most men would say they prefer girls shorter than them, but I'm sure most would sleep with a beautiful super model who was taller than them. You can never 100% rule anything out imo.

This is what's confusing me the most in this thread: so one having subtle racist agendas is all nice, but saying "no xxx" is "digusting1!1!1". It's the same thing. One is just being more obnoxious than the other.

The main issue here is that there is plenty of veiled racism in society (less than before but still). If you're non-white you get told subliminally by Society that your race is unattractive (or that only a select few from your race can be considered attractive) and having to encounter that in dating apps too is just the pits, especially when the people who do it think there's nothing wrong with it and even get offended if someone calls them out on it.

This argument is not coming from a personal issue. I am latino but I live in latin america so I don't have this issue. But I always roll my eyes when I see profiles like that.

Because I hate being forced to do anything. I'm a free person and I'm entitled to do everything I want to, as long as it doesn't hurt or harm others. Of course, such things as taxes cannot be avoided but I refuse to do anything in the name of ideology unless I support it.

And in all honesty, I'm entitled to my views as much as you are to yours. If you label me as racist, then don't cry when I name you raging leftists.
