Absolutely. Today's world is a business with a here and now mentality. Taylor was offering nothing stimulating and I quote the dancer who "got a little bored." I'm sure Taylor could have incentive-ized the three dancer's contracts more had she really wanted them but since she thought of them as replaceable, it was ultimately Taylor's decision to lose them. All and every ounce of blame rests on Taylor. Her and her cooked up drama is exposed once again.

I do agree that it's not really Katy's fault for asking her dancers back (even though if she knew they were doing something else it is a bit rude to ask them back) but how is this Taylor's fault? These dancers knew Taylor Swift I'm assuming. Thus they knew that they wouldn't be doing crazy choreo. I'm sure they were given an outline for what was expected of them. If they were bored that's on them, they took the job.

The dancers were approached. The dancers then went to Taylor/management to see if they can work out a more lucrative deal. Taylor/management declined. The dancers peaced out from a stagnant tour.
You see a better opportunity, you grab it while you can.
