No one should downplay the accomplishments of her singles, but I think that this record and her success is what is legendary, not her herself (at this point).

She's a record holder, not a legend. She is the same as the woman with the longest fingernails or the man with the world's largest penis. And until she is remembered for more than whipped cream cupcake breasts, that is the way it's gonna be.

I do think she will become a legend though - she has a stronger voice than most and a lot of potential. I just believe Teenage Dream was too childish to ever be remembered seriously.
