I find only BOMT, OIDIA and FF to have a lot of fillers. Britney and Circus have like 1-3 songs that are filler, whereas In The Zone only has 1 and Blackout has none.

Madonna,her discography is more diverse and she has albums which are a lot meaningful and deeper,like RoL.Britney has been more consistent though,she has never had a REALLY week album.Madonna,on the other hand...

Madonna has a lot of fillers too. The Madonna albums that have little to no fillers are Erotica, Bedtime Stories, RoL, and COADF.

That's partly due to Madonna achieving a legend status with Britney will never reach (despite her fans thinking she already has). But, still, to say Britney's music has aged better than Madonna's is laughable. I've only heard BOMT once here in Italy, while Madonna's catalog and recent hits (well, they are here) are overplayed.

What's the Filler in Like a Prayer? I mean, Promise To Try is a bit... subpar compared to the rest, but it's not filler.
With Music, you could say Amazing, but that's one song and it's still a good song.
