The Boston Marathon

There were two bombs that exploded near the finish line in today's Boston Marathon. We are working with law enforcement to understand what exactly has happened.

I guess this confirms it was indeed bomb and not some type of accident.

that is what I am hearing that the blast was close the VIP area where some of the family members where at but I cant find a reliable source

My first thought was that this is probably the work of some Republicans protesting about gays, guns, or abortions. My second thought was that it's really sad that I'm more worried about terrorism coming from Americans than non-Americans.

It had to have been bombs, the finish line of a marathon being right there is too coincidental for it to have been an accident. But the event seems to small and the attack too sloppy for me to think it was some sort of big Anti-American attack thingy. It seems more domestic.


It's times like these that make me feel REALLY justified in my misanthropy. I hate people in general, and this is why.
