But if it gets out of hand and anorexia becomes even remotely as common as obesity, then yes they should. Until then, it's ridiculous to compare.
And people don't consensually engage in depression. it's a direct disease of the mind.

Obesity is caused by 3 things.
1. Eating disorder (addiction to high carb foods, can b triggered by depression, usually is)
2. Poverty (people who don't have the money or the time to fix a healthy meal or go jogging)
3. Genetics/disorders (for instance, women who have PCOS are prone to obesity)
Nobody wants to be obese, it's not consensual. It can happen really fast. It's like one day you're average size and a year later you can barely walk up the stairs.
And losing weight doesn't just take discipline, it takes money. I would know.
