I'm gonna need some new lyrics or something, else I'm gonna be pissed at her for releasing a lead single that's been floating around for half her career. That's some Katy Perry tactics and I'm not here for it.
I think she's going to announce a new album along with her U.S. tour dates in September. The U.S. leg will act as an extension of the Born This Way ball, with her new songs added. At least I hope.
I understand how people would think that stands for "Nothing On" but you could also interpret that as him simply saying "No" (but in a fun way that goes with the user was asking).
