Honestly, I'm not sure I agree with that. While the concept of Most Wanted is a pretty ludicrous idea, it still managed 1.4 million copies in the US (just 400k less than her self-titled album). If it had been a brand new full-length album, it may have sold way more or not.
The main problem with that era was releasing that stupid song BOMH, which was only half-heartedly as she only performed it once on a US TV show and it wasn't sent for adds. Break My Heart should have definitely been the single, it would have gone top 20 for sure.
The sad part is that at the rate that albums are churned out by some of HWR's artists, it COULD have been a full length album. After all, Wake Up, BOMH & BMH were recorded in April of that year.
