Urban Music refers to Hip Hop and R&B music. Many rappers and R&B singers are white, but there are a lot of racists out there who use 'Urban' to refer to Black people.

Considering the fact that Hip Hop spans across all races and ethnic groups, 'Urban music' is a pretty racist of a term, in my opinion.
