Destroyed 40% of ISIS infrastructure IN Syria. Even that is suspect given who the information came from. Obama has different rules of engagement than Putin mainly because congress hasnt given him the authority for a full on war.
However, dont get surprised when if comes back to haunt Russia later much like Afghanistan did before and Iraq is now. In Iraq that we invaded.
Russia got its a** handed to it in Afghanistan. So the same things would apply to them. The West has done drone strikes and drop down supplies to rebels and offer up training to them. its impossible to tell who is a rebel and who is ISIS.
These people in the middle east need to resolve their own issues... Russia and the western powers cant do it for them.
