Infact they are included in every iTunes country as international bonus tracks except the US.

That album cover is beautiful! It kind of bothers me that "In Common" and "Hallelujah" are just international bonus tracks as I enjoyed those two songs more than the vast majority of her discography. Hopefully once the album is out, they will be included on the physical CD.
