I stayed up until to midnight on 18 August and bought it. It probably sold less than 5k that first week but eventually became the #1 album in Canada in January 2009.

Like Bibliotheque, I'm a late comer to Gaga's music - didn't find out about her until she'd released Poker Face ('09). I loved 2009...fun in Europe, new car, Lady Gaga...great school year...
