Europe. Every country can offer something different, every country has totally different history and stories behind their buildings... just the atmosphere alone >>>
There are some of the greatest buildings in the US too, though. I love modern architecture, but simply nothing can compare to historical parts of European cities/villages.

Europe wins in architecture for obvious reasons. The US has only been around for what..400 years? But the US has cities that do have great architecture and beyond average natural beauty. Let me find some pictures and take y'all to school.
Oh.But why do you have 50 plus states then with different laws from each other ?
Why does Spain have different dialects from city to city? If there is enough of a class difference, some particular things change. It doesn't mean one Spanish is more official over another.
