Dont see how Work Bitch is a change. Now if she re-invents herself with a mature album of ballads/midtempos like a Bedtime Stories or Ray of Light then I would agree that she is following Madonna her path.

Britney has released many pop-dance records, but "Work Bitch" is a straight up dance record. She has never done that before.
