I was put on antibiotics for the flu this year but it really technically wasn't for the "flu" per se. The doctor said that it is a precaution in case it turned into pneumonia because it was really bad. I couldn't breathe and had to have an inhaler. It's not uncommon to have reactions to penicillin either.
As long as she is healthy April 21st! I was lucky enough to be able to give a way my shift so I could go to the rescheduled date so she better be healthy!
