Though from my chart-perspective, she should wait until 2013, even if the album sells less. I'd love to have new Rihanna music for my final weeks of high school as well. But she should prove her album can sell at least decently without the holiday boosts. Plus, it's not good when even fans are telling her to slow down.
If it's a Talk That Talk repackage, that's great. This era is done after Where Have You Been. By August it will have burned out. It's about time she did a rerelease.
WHYB gets old really fast. When you first hear it, it slays infinitely, but now not even the big bass boom excites me much.
WFL is leagues better.
I think the song was released too late...should've been the follow up to WFL plus WHYB melody isn't fit for the summer...nor its production. Too clubby
The common fear though is, is the general public getting tired of her? I thought WHYB would have smashed.
WHYB didn't have the optimum set-up considering the prior botched single releases, but still should go Top 5 on the Hot 100...hardly worrying.
Even with the botched chart peaks with all her singles out there, she still reached combined airplay peaks she had never before.
People said the same thing toward the end of Loud, and then we got the biggest single of her career. If the material is good, and they set it up properly this time, she'll always have a place at the top of top 40.

Watch if we really do get a November release this year and then in 2013 she skips another November release, the Navy will be SEETHING. They all act like a yearly release is so horrid, but their ****s would be drier then the Sahara if they didn't get their yearly Rihanna.
Eh, I can't say that I'm happy she's already back in the studio, but whatever.
I'm ready for a new era.
People continue to count her out and downplay her success and she keeps on punching the other girls OWT.
Bonnie Leigh McKee (born January 20, 1984) is an American singer-songwriter, formerly signed to Reprise Records. She released her debut album Trouble in 2004, which was a minor success. The single "Somebody" was included in the soundtrack to the 2004 comedy film Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!. As a songwriter McKee has enjoyed success writing international hit singles for Katy Perry ("California Gurls", "Teenage Dream", "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" and "Part of Me"), Taio Cruz ("Dynamite") as well as Britney Spears ("Hold It Against Me").

Some are, especially in the UK (mainly because capital hammer her all the time and have all her singles playlisted ) She needs a break and a summer 2013 single, and then 1 month later album. She wants them big album sales, then give us a break, refresh, chill etc. Her vocals are better now she's rested. Also I want more choreo and to tone down the sexiness. Gimme the new Rih, and have a flawless album, not chasing hits. She has it in her. We know she can get the hits, just more personal rih please. Credits on all tha songs...show me her heart. (I expect this from all albums now tbh).
