To increase your HP you have to eat candies
Max HP = 100 + 2.1 * Candies^0.4

Clocked the dragon. May it rest in piss.
It's so easy with a certain strategy that involves three items. I found an amulet and magical horn in that quest, which are iconic.
Now on to HELL.
