go to quick roster and then double click on the artist's name and then in the top bar there's "discography" and if you double click on the song/album there you'll see how much it has sold

I have spent way too much time with this game in the past weeks, it is just too addicting

I think it's the same size as the full game as in the demo you can do everything that's available in full game.

Nope, as it's not just focused on one artist. You're in charge of record label.
