Best New Artist is hard to predict, but I expect a couple of curve balls. Here are the strong possibilities:
Justin Bieber, "Baby" (feat. Ludacris)
B.o.B & Bruno Mars, "Nothin' on You"
B.o.B & Hayley Williams, "Airplanes"
Janelle Monae, "Tightrope" (feat. Big Boi)
Taio Cruz, "Break My Heart" (feat. Ludacris)

Jason DeRulo, "In My Head"
Ke$ha, "Tik Tok"
VV Brown, "Shark in the Water"
Nicki Minaj, "Massive Attack" (feat. Sean Garrett)

Kirill, I know you said no more TV appearances, but since (1) award shows are obviously fixed and (2) she's actually put out some truly deserving videos, do you still think she won't show up even if they let her know ahead of time that she's won big?

I love Ke$ha but being realistic, she doesn't deserves VOTY.
I think that for sure Katy and Lady Gaga are going to be nominated for VOTY.
BEP should be nominated, but with the MTV ban...

Katy Perry, Lady GaGa and Rihanna are so nominated, and I'm hoping She Wolf doesn't get forgotten.

I already know that VV, Janelle and Jay Sean won't be nominated.
La Roux might get a nod.
I'm not too sure about Taio, but it will definatly by Nicki, B.o.B., Ke$ha and Justin.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's only them.
