But I mean, if she continues to work with the same co-writers and DJ White Shadow, it's just gonna be the exact same sound and the exact same songs she would have come up with for Act II only under a different name. It's a good thing that she's moving on from the ARTPOP concept, which isn't sitting well with the GP, but she needs to move on from the producers as well. It's not the name it can't share with ARTPOP. It's the sound.

why are you assuming she's working with the same producers though? she's evolved her producers each era.

i don't think it's worth releasing Gypsy tbh. it's just going to flop like GUY.. if GUY couldn't do anything even with the best MV ever released then Gypsy won't either..

I'd like Cheek to Cheek in October. Then lead single in early January.. and the album drop to coincide with the space performance in February.

White Shadow's been with her for Born This Way and ARTPOP and they're crazy good friends. And I don't think her sound has evolved much. And I know that will probably provoke a lot of monsters to be like "EXCUSE ME, x, y and z!!!" but I'm not talking about the sonic differences between some of her songs. I'm talking about the fact that her albums seem to be the same genre. Electronic pop music with like 1 ballad per album. I want her to work with DarkChild and make an album that is entirely RnB and doesn't sound electronic at all. Or make a folk-pop song. Or a hyphey-pop song like 'Pop the Glock' by Uffie. Or even a saxophone-inspired RnB-pop song like Thrift Shop, Problem or Talk Dirty. I know TEOG featured a saxophone but it wasn't saxophone-based.

Just not another electronic album. She needs to recognise that electronic is on its way out. She needs to make something infectiously up-tempo with a mixed-beat sound, like Blurred Lines or Happy. I know ATRL shades them, but that's the sound that's coming back.
