And this has been true for many boy bands. At least Nsync had a huge member, a somewhat successful members for the first few years. Other bands like BSB can't really tout that, when Nick is as successful as the second or third successful member of Nsync.

BSB is still active, they never disbanded...their last album was Top 10 on the Billboard 200.
