Before her albums, Taylor has a livestream where she usually takes questions and announces a lot of things. They've gotten bigger over the years. Speak Now livechat was her at a computer announcing the album/single. RED's last year was a bit bigger, she unveiled RED, the album art, announced 16 tracks, played the first single and released it to iTunes.
Today's livechat should be even bigger. She will more than likely announce album, album art, etc. She will also premiere the single and the music video for "Shake It Off," her lead single. And that's all we know right now. But they're hyping it up as though she has even more up her sleeve.
